Insurance restoration

Working with
your adjuster.

We scope the loss alongside them, then rebuild it better than it was.

How it goes

Four steps, no surprises.

You call us

Tell us what happened. If the house is still actively leaking or unsafe, we will tell you who to call first — that is usually a mitigation crew, not us.

We walk the loss with you

We look at everything affected, not just the obvious room, and photograph it properly. What gets documented up front is what gets paid for later.

We scope it alongside your adjuster

We build our scope against theirs so the two can be compared line for line. Where we think something has been missed, we put it in writing with photographs behind it.

We rebuild

One contractor, one schedule, and the owner on site. You get the house back.

Plain answers

The questions people actually ask.

Do you handle my claim?

No — and by Texas law a contractor who repairs your property cannot act as your public adjuster. What we can do is write our own detailed estimate and argue it with your adjuster as your builder.

Do you do the drying?

Not currently. We are a reconstruction contractor. We will happily coordinate with the mitigation company who handled the water so nothing falls between the two.

What about my deductible?

Your deductible is between you and your carrier, and it is yours to pay. Any contractor in Texas who offers to absorb it is committing a crime — walk away from that conversation.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the loss and how quickly the carrier approves the scope. We will give you a realistic schedule up front rather than an optimistic one.
